克里斯汀·妮可·杜克斯博士.D. (she/they) serves as 首席多元化官 at San José 州立大学.  Kristin Joined 菠菜网lol正规平台 during January of 2024. Dr. Dukes has more than seventeen years of experience leading institutional diversity in higher education including recruitment and retention, curriculum design, delivering diversity and inclusion competency workshops, and serving as a consultant to various 学院办公室.
